It was a emotional and lovely funeral service Today, we wanted to say farewell to a neighbour and friend whom we used to see almost everyday.

We will miss all the chats over the garden gate about all the houses Dave built over the years, and the time he met Margaret Thatcher whilst building a flint wall for a Lord of the manor.

My son, Hugo and Dave also became good friends, Dave would supply endless bags of sweets and little toy cars which my Son plays with every day.

We have such good memories of our great neighbour and it will not be the same here without him.
